Returns

All returns (except those due to incorrect goods supplied or faulty parts) are subject to the purchaser paying for delivery back to us. All goods must be unused and returned back to us as new condition along with all packaging and documentation.


Spares Returns

If you need to return your item for an exchange you must do so within 14 days of delivery. All items returned must be in an unused condition. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME AND DELIVERY ADDRESS INCLUDING TELEPHONE NUMBER AND DETAILS OF THE EXCHANGE. All original tags and all original packing must be kept. If you would like to return an item after 7 days we may be able to arrange this but you will be asked to pay a re-delivery charge. We do not usually accept returns for a refund. If this is authorised it would be a refund less the original delivery cost and a 20% re-stocking fee.


Scooter Returns

Scooters which are not personalised to a consumer are cancellable in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. You should notify us either in writing or by email that you wish to cancel within 7 days.

Scooter which have been personalised (the scooter has been registered in the customers name as first registered keeper) still come under the regulations jurisdation but cancellation rights do not apply (Regulation 13 - EU Distance Selling Directive).
